Recenetly purchased a set of Bontrager Race Lite Aero Brake Levers but they did not fit my handlebars. I called Sigma Sport and I had a chat with a guy and immdiately he sent me a returns form before I had even put the phone down (the form also included a free post sticker that I simply had to print). I was e-mailed the next day to say the item had been received and they where processing my exchange request. The following day I then received another e-mail to say my exchange was in the post. WHO NEEDS WIGGLE!!!!! You cannot talk to anyone at wiggle and if you want to return an item you have to send back one item and then re-order a new item which can give you a timing issue on cash flow if both items are expensive! Will definitly think Sigma before Wiggle next time I purchase.
