Inefficient delivery service
Have had a few deliveries where I have arranged collection only to be given some not all of the delivery and had to return a number of times to complete my collection of missed deliveries despite querying whether or not I have all the referenced deliveries on the cards. Inefficient, no customer care or attention.

Great service shame stock levels not on website
excellent prompt service but did not receive the advertised, ordered item which was subsequently not available. Unfortunately this company fell into the common website trap of not accurately reflecting stock or obtainable goods. Excellent communication and service though.
