having low prices or big variety of products is a one thing, but dealing with warranty queries it is a totally different story.
One of the things I bought was a graphics card with failed after several hours (can happen to anyone with any product)
I was afraid how they will treat me, but they collected it with no extra charges for me (they paid for return shipping) I had to wait for faulty gpu to be checked and within few days I was given an option for refund or straight replacement without any problem.
Considering volumes of stuff they are selling and amount on enquiries they have to deal with, I think my claim was sorted out pretty fast.
