So the shopping experience was ok, until I tried to buy. Then because there was an issue with the first payment means (actually my wife's credit card is not registered for online transactions) we tried a second means of payment (mine). But the Clogg transaction system refused to recognise all our attempts to cancel the first card and introduce a second one, it kept going thru to the first card or just failing with a "server error" dialog box - not user friendly. A second try 24 hours later and worryingly the old card number was still showing in the order page (btw: why does the system retain the card number when I haven't consented? Is this in line with the EU DP directive (1995/46)?!) Re-entering the card data allowed the purchase to go thru. Cloggs shouldn't be as "clunky" as it sounds, but the technology for payment certainly is... time for an upgrade
