We ordered our LG fridge freezer in store and awaited delivery, the day of the delivery came but our fridge did not. I rang to find out if the fridge was coming to be told yes it's definitely on its way will be 30 mins, the 30 mins passed, still no fridge by which time the customer service centre had closed at 8pm. We never received any phone call to tell us the fridge was not going to be delivered and were told by the customer service centre the following day when I rang, that it was too late to call!! Finally when the fridge did turn up 2 days later the delivery drivers just dumped it in the kitchen didn't unpack it and questioned removing the old appliance as it wasn't on the sheet to be removed, we were left to unpack it and dispose of the packaging although Currys claim they take it all away! To top it all off the freezer door handle was broken and the door dented, both of which we are waiting to be repaired. Currys promise so much but deliver very little, the customer service centre although apologetic didn't do anything to make me feel like a wanted customer. Would I use Currys again, definitely not!
