I had a nightmarish car journey to the airport to start a holiday with my daughter - a 6 hour traffic jam led to me missing my flight check-in by just minutes and the holiday was lost. I then had to face what I thought would be the daunting task of claiming back hotel charges (paid to ebookers up front). Not so. The operator taking my call at ebookers was sympathetic and professional and processed my claim relatively quickly. I was promised a call back - I got one; I was promised the full allowable refund within 10 days - I got it. I ask for no more than this. Thank you ebookers (I have already rebooked a substitute holiday through them)
