When you order it's easy to be conned by their partner shopperdiscounts.co.uk who sign you up to a £10 a months useless subscription with no mention of costs. Then £10 a month from your credit card. Standard letter from their customer services people so they must get lots of complaints. Be vigilant, or avoid Sereneta - they should be judged by the company they keep
