Ordered a 50 inch 3D TV , told that delivery day would beThusday not able to give a time not even AM or PM only that it would be before 5pm. On the morning of delivery checked with supplier that delivery was ok and was given a yes. Waited in all day only to receive a phone call from the supplier at 4.15 saying the TV had been damaged in transit. Waste of a full day.
Expressed my dissatisfaction ! , but I must say that things were turned around very quickly and a new TV arrived within a cuple of days, also the carrier phonied 30 minutes before delivery which ment I did not waste another day.
