We ordered an AEG silver upright freezer as our old freezer was not working properly. We are due to go on holiday tomorrow, so paid for fast delivery. When the delivery van turned up, they tried to deliver an LG black fridge/freezer with a caved-in refrigeration unit on the back. Obviously we refused delivery as it was not what we ordered. When I rang them, they told me that they can't deliver the correct item today and said someone would ring me back within the hour. Nobody has rung. This is very poor customer service. Can't they tell the difference between a silver freezer and a black fridge freezer? or an AEG and an LG???
Seems like we are going to lose our deposit on the holiday due to their incompetence otherwise all our food will be ruined on our return.
What kind of idiots do they have working for them???
