Ordered £250 worth of genuine Canon and Brother toners, was charged for genuine and received compatible Canon cartridges and no Brother at all. They acknowledged their error but refused to either collect the wrong items or send the items I'd ordered and paid for in the first place until I had sent the wrong ones back. On complaining to their "manager" he had no intention of doing anything about it and had the gall to offer me 10% off my next order. WHAT NEXT ORDER?
If he thinks I would ever use his company again he must be on something - probably another planet.
This company advertises items as being in stock when in fact they have no idea when (or even if) they are ever likely to receive them.
Having received a dead-on-arrival laptop from them I had to wait until they had collected it and verified that it was faulty before issuing a replacement, which never arrived despite frequent (broken) promises regarding delivery dates. All the time they were telling me that they did not have any - and didn't know when they would arrive - they were still advertising the same model as having 20+ in stock.
Finally when I requested a refund I only received the goods value back, not the carriage charge. I've emailed requesting that the carriage charge be refunded (as they should do) but they haven't even replied to it.
It is now over two weeks since the initial order placement and after a lot of hassle I am left with no laptop and out of pocket to the tune of £10 for the carriage charge.
Unless you enjoy this level of service I suggest steering WELL clear of them.
EDIT: I have now (after 3 further days) received my refund and they have also refunded the carriage charge despite not mentioning it on the credit note - hence the increase to 2 stars. My previous comments stand, however.
