I have used easybus before, and they were fine.
However, recently I got an email saying that because of London road closures they were moving the bus-stop to another location. We went to this location, and guess what: No bus came. There were also no signs or anything which suggested this actually was the location they moved to. When we decided to call, turns out this business has NO PHONE NUMBER - what business has no phone number??? It's been over a week now, and I also have not received any replies to my emails etc.
Fortunately for us this time, we were simply going to the hotel the night before our flight. Unfortunately for the other people left stranded, they probably missed their flights.
The thameslink trains to Clapham Junctions/Victoria/London Bridge etc. cost around £10 - much cheaper than the Gatwick Express. I urge you to use these trains rather than depend on easybus - a business which may or may not help you. If you don't want to risk missing your flight, please don't use them.
