The service is improving, but it was poor over christmas :-(
Had some issues over xmas regarding a return, but eventually I did receive an email that said it had been challenged by the level of orders and customer services inquiries. I had sent mails and left voicemails to no avail, so the customer service note was welcome. Let's see how things proceed: placed one order since then and delivery was excellent and no issues with returning one pair on the order which did not fit as expected.

I love my bedroom!
From visiting the showroom at Tamworth, through the sales process, fitting and installation, this was a good experience. The units are excellent quality and good value - the extras like the mirror to match is stunning and makes the room. The sales visit was on time and professional; the fitting visit was on time and equally professional; the delivery of the furniture was again on time and the installation was a wonderful experience! Shaun the fitter was pleasant, well mannered and good at his job, and left the place clean and tidy. I have invited all my friends to view the makeover once we'd completed the decorating and carpet fitting and installed the new bed and it is a big wow all round.
A big thanks to all involved from start to finish, even the back room boys and girls who dealt with my calls and queries in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. Definitely would recommend (bedroom fitted late May 2012)

Save on Laptops
Wonderful service and great price too!
I ordered a laptop Wednesday night and received order confirmation in minutes; I was informed of despatch the following morning and the goods were received lunchtime on Friday (I paid for next day service).
The laptop and accessories were just the ticket for my son's birthday and arrived with enough time for me to wrap and set aside for his present giving on Saturday.
I would definitely recommend this site to friends.......
