I dont call three weeks as first class delivery?

Good prices, although please don't put on your website that delivery will be 1st class when it takes three weeks.

Also when you have a contact number on your website, please make sure it works and somebody actually picks up the phone rather than an automated message saying about how you are too busy at the moment.

Highly unprofessional and completely rubbish customer service.

We did have a delay in processing orders due to our warehouse move...the items you ordered were reduced by 75% to clear the warehouse and we had a massive influx of orders. It did ship on the 7th August and should be with you shortly. In the meantime, our new warehouse is now fully operational and orders are shipping the same day as being placed.
