Slow Delivery

It was great that they sold the game killzone at a price of £32.99, it was generally cheaper than other places and online store, however the delivery took 6 days and their prediction stated 2-3 days. I was dissapointed at how long it took for the delivery even though it was free, but I would much rather pay extra money for a better delivery service. Also there has been issues when phoning up gamegears possibly because they were busy but i struggled to get hold of them for about 2 hours. It is unlikely I will use this website again.

We are sorry to hear that your item delayed to arrive and we apologies if this caused any inconvenience. Most of our items do arrive next day, however unfortunately a small proportion of items do delay or get lost with Royal Mail.
