We ordered a dishwasher to come with a freezer. The freezer was in stock, but the dishwasher was not in stock. We delayed delivery of both items to allow delivery together. Day before delivery I got a call to say freezer would be delivered tomorrow. Asked about dishwasher - she said didn't know what I was talking about. "Please hold". So after being messed about on the phone I went into store to find out what had happened. I was one of 7 (I grabbed his computer screen) that had been sold a discontinued product. So I had to go and pick another one from showroom - I went up stairs and was recommend the one I had order months before that was now discontinued! Then I was told that if I wanted the display model it would be same price as a brand new one would have been. So I went elsewhere - I suggest everyone else does the same if you want to feel like your not in pound land.
We had a very friendly and helpful man greet us in store and took our order for the new bed and mattress. Waited weeks for delivery - only to be told the day or so before it was due to be delivered that the bed is discontinued. So much for making good use of sales!Then had a rude, unhelpful individual at call centre, who thought we were being unreasonable asking for items he was offering to be reduced. Best thing anyone can do is shop elsewhere!
Dreams have come back to me as you can see below. Telling me that the suppliers were experiencing delays etc - but all reading this should note that they don't even know order I'm referring to!! Just shows you what a pack of liars they really are. They didn't even get my name correct!
