Please don't bother!!!
I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company. Recently ordered a chain cleaning device which should have included a cleaning brush. This was missing so telephoned customer services, ended up in a queue for ages. Eventually told a replacement brush would be sent out - never sent/arrived. Emailed informing them of this - no reply! Steer clear guys (pun intended).

I recently made a telephone order and found the the whole experience very efficient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Order arrived a couple of days later. Great stuff!

I recently had a washing machine delivered to my daughters house. It had a manufacturing fault which was reported to electrical 123. Their after sales support has been fantastic. Always returning my calls and emails. Replaced machine with a new one. Very friendly and effecient staff. What a refreshing change! Would definately use them again.
