DHL, the courier used by repertoire were useless at best. I paid for express delivery and waited a week and a half after 3 delivery attempts with instructions to leave with any neighbour. An efficient courier should be a priority for an online business, it looks like repertoire have chosen the worst. I have only upgraded this from one star because the goods were of good quality and I received an apology from the company.
