unbelievable! Do not get caught up in their web

I first ordered a wardrobe around a month ago. Last week the hanging rail fell down and you could see the sides where starting to become loose around the sides. Obviously not something you expect to happen!
I then emailed customer services to then not hear anything from them until 4 emails later. I received a satisfactory response and was advised to call up to arrange. I did this and the person I spoke to was horribly rude and obnoxious. The worst phone call I have ever experienced. After a long day of messages over facebook they finally agreed to give me an alternative as the one that I had originally purchased was discontinued. Not my fault that this happened a month after.
Arranged delivery for Monday and said it would be delivered between 8am and 8pm. When it hadn't arrived and after I had waited in all day I messaged them asking what had happened. They said that they could deliver up until 10 and if it hadn't arrived to let them know so they could look in to it. Reading a little further down facebook pages and review sites it is clear that I will not be getting my delivery anytime soon as this seems a common thing. I have already had to move so many things around to make sure I am in for this delivery. It is unacceptable to expect customers to wait in all day day after day to find out that there order still hasn't arrived.
I am not able to go out. I have had to move appointments around and i have nowhere to hang or put any of my clothes. Being due to have a baby in under two weeks this is not something that I need right now and this while fiasco should have gone a lot smoother in the first place.
I would avoid this company if you want good prices, good quality, good customer service and a good delivery.
So fed up! Unacceptable for such a large company.
