I purchased a belt and disc sander (model 50021). One of the castings was found to be faulty and I duly wrote to inform the vendor (letter dated 20 July 2013). To date, 13 August, I've had no contact - not even an acknowledgement of my letter.
Regardless of whether or not matters are progressing 'behind closed doors' , good communication with the customer is fundamental to the running of any business that plans to keep running. I will not let this matter rest.
