I attempted to purchase 1 item off the website and when I went to make the payment using my credit card I got an error on the screen asking me to resubmit the payment. I went through and submit the payment again and the same error came up. Luckily I checked my account to ensure the payments hadn't been taken out and both payments had gone through. The first annoying thing is that they do not have a contact number and you must persist with sending multiple emails before you hear anything back. I emailed them and told them my issue. 2 days later they emailed back asking for more information, then the next day they said they had refunded the double up payment - I still haven't recieved the payment and that was 6 days ago. I then had to email them and ask if the item I had ordered is coming and all they said is that my order has been placed and it is currently in the processing stage so once it is processed I will get an email - this was 4 days ago. I have emailed them twice in the last 48 hours and have not had a reply yet. I am very dissapointed and do not recommend this company. I use ASOS all the time and they are fantastic.
I order off this website frequently and have never had an issue. The clothes come quickly and on time and their customer services team is outstanding. I will use this as my number 1 online clothing store forever. I live in New Zealand and am an extremely happy customer :)
