Used them to courier 45 ceramic tiles in 5 packs; each package clearly marked 'fragile- handle with care'
City Link managed to break all but ten of the tiles. Wish I hadn't bothered.
Certainly won't be using them again.
Had the AEG product I was looking for at a very competitive price and once the free five year warranty being offered was brought into the equation, the value for moneyl was far better than that offered by any other retailer.
Delivery was efficiently arranged on the same day as the order and the the item arrived safely a few days later as planned.
All the paperwork for the five year warranty turned up a week or so later as promised.
Overall I have been very impressed by the efficiency of Electricshop along with offering great value for money, I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone else! Unfortunately these days such service seems increasingly hard to come across.

It offers good value products with excellent discounts when buying in sufficient quantity & combined with the reliable service- (it has never got yet got an order wrong)- & (usually) delivery I have not yet found anywhere to rival it. It has an excellent range of supplies & nice little touches such as the free toy with a bag of dog food.
My only criticism -& it is a relatively minor one- is that the 'free' delivery offered with large bags of pet food is suddenly negated when you add a few items additionally on top of this (ie a delivery charge is suddenly added). I would have thought that the more you buy in an order, the more you would be entitled to the free delivery!
But overall, excellent service.
