Well where do I start. Bought a new house and wanted a new bed so picked the one I wanted and asked if we could have it delivered in 6 weeks as the house wasn't finished being built. We got a phone call the next week stating our bed was ready. So when we phoned up to arrange delivery when we got the keys to the house were very surprised to find out our bed was not ready to be delivered and it would be another 3-4 week wait. Raging!!! They give me a cheapo bed to make do until the delivery date. Bed came and around about the 4 week mark I sat on the bed to put my socks on and the side rail collapsed. (please bare in mind I was working away for three of these four weeks so only 1 weeks use) It took over a week for the company to send someone to inspect and temp fix the bed while they waited for the parts. 3 months passed and no contact from dreams about the parts so contacted them again and again meanwhile the tv refused to come out the bottom of the bed which I had never watched. So after several phone calls and months later the year mark came and still no replacement parts so I told them to just take the bed back as it had never been right and give me my money back. The offered me an upgraded bed instead of replacing the bed which I accepted and haven't had a problem with so far. Over £1700 I spent in dreams after they give me so called discounts. NEVER again in fact I don't think I even want to give them one star maybe a third of one as they eventually replaced the bed with something else.
