Damage to our property

We had brilliant service in the shop and a timely delivery, when the bed head was unpackaged we realised there was damage to the headboard

We were able to get this change with little trouble - staff were very helpful and sorted out a convenient time slot

When the second headboard was delivered, the men though very nice have made two chips in our walls. Not happy

A good and polite customer service but more care needs to be taken
