I purchased a very expensive set of Dr Dre Headphones from them which arrived 3 weeks late and are now faulty even though they are less than two months old. Despite their promise of 12 months guarantee they are ignoring both my returns and complaint requests. I have contacted Monster Beat who have told me that oddsandpods are not an authorised dealer for them. Moreover, Monster Beats customer care told me that they have had so many problems caused by this company - they don't even know where oddsandpods are getting MONSTER products from which is most alarming.
I may not get my product repaired or replaced but I will certainly be taking the matter up with Consumer Direct and the Trading Standards.
I very much hope you all do the same in the hope of taking these people to task over their poor and unacceptable business practices in taking customer's hard earth cash for shoddy goods and then failing to providing any customer care.
