Problems contacting Expansys and getting solutions to problems

Expansys sees to be quite a good site. I have purchased a number of items now with no problems, although they have failed to meet my expectations on one occasion with delivery. It is also difficult to get hold of them if there is a problem. You call the number provided to be told that they have updated their system and you should email.

Waiting for a response to emails is frustrating at best and leaves you wondering if anyone is dealing with your issue.

Great service and easy to use

I have been using Currency UK for the last year and they have saved the business thousands of pounds compared to the Bank's exchange rates. They are easy to use, friendly on the phone and quick to respond. many of my transactions are completed within a couple of hours with the funds arriving in my designated account and an email confirming that the transaction is completed.
