I ordered a bedframe from Dreams in the April and it took over 12 weeks for the bedframe to arrive. Customer service tried to contact me once (2 days prior to the bedframe arriving) to let me know that the frame was not in stock and we would need to organise a new delivery date.
When trying to return the call, the options on the pre-record were not very helpful and all I seemed to do was go around in circles, constantly rerouting me to the store where I purchased the bed and they could not help me. One time on calling, the personel within the shop sounded annoyed that he had had to answer the phone in the first place.
When I eventually did get through to someone who could help, I got told that I cvould not make a new delivery date until the item was ins tock, which I thought was strange as when ordering it 8 weeks prior to this, I got told it was not in-stock, would be6-8 week delivery time but could book me appointment then, so why not now?
When I did eventually get to make a delivery date, it was myself who had to keep contacting dreams until the bed was in stock, as I was instructed to do so. Not once after waiting a further 4 weeks, did anybody mention that I could claim a refund on my late delivery.
Bedframe is good quality and value for what we paid for it, but customer care was poor on this ocassion.
