This is a great service as it is free and easier to read than an Experian report. My only gripe is that there were several things wrong on mine and they took several months to sort out as the reports are only updated once a month. It's easy enough to report errors online as it's just a click of a button underneath each account listed but I think because they are free their customer service is very busy and it does take a few days for them to get back to you but they are helpful and polite when they do.
I use premier inn a lot and find the rooms, staff and food excellent. I stay in the same one each month for work and the staff are always helpful and friendly, the rooms are very big with the most amazing shower cubicle that I I don't want to get out of! Evening meal and breakfast are excellent with a wide variety to cover all tastes.
awful awful awful!!! Smashed my parcel to pieces and then said I can't claim as my dinner service was an 'excluded item'. Going through the courts now! I will NEVER use them or a company that uses this bunch of incompetent morons. Yes they are cheap but there is a reason they are cheap, I'd rather pay the extra and get the item in one piece!!
There is a massive selection of clothes in all sizes for male and female along with household goods. Delivery is quick and courier can also pick up returns from your house. Easy to open an account and although it is a low credit limit to begin with I am hoping it increases quickly but as I have only had the account a short time I have yet to experience an increase. You can view your account online and it is clear and easy to understand. Email are answered quickly but I think they are answered by an Indian call centre so most of the answers are generic so if you want a more specific answer I would suggest calling. Overall they are a great company.
I did the free home trial and found a pair I liked, then I got an email for £20 so it made the price of the glasses I wanted so much better so I ordered them and even with the Xmas holiday they still arrived really quickly. Perfect glasses that fit well
I sold a 30 piece dinner service on eBay and made the terrible mistake of using myHermes to send it from Kent to Glasgow. Each piece was treble wrapped in thick packing paper and then bubble wrap, then balls of more bubble wrap packed into all the gaps. The thick cardboard box was sealed with packing tape and the red and white fragile tape. The seller received the box but informed me that 22 pieces has been smashed to pieces and the box was badly dented and torn. Someone had clearly stood on or kicked the box. I emailed and called myHermes and although the operator wasn't rude he didn't really know what to do and just said that someone will call me. Nobody called but I got an email saying that my item was classed as ceramic so I was not covered under their compensation scheme. When you order a parcel pick up, the drop down menu that you have to select whats in the parcel is very vague so the only option i had was 'home and garden'. Maybe as their exclusion list is so long they need to be more specific so if i had selected 'dinner service' they could have not accepted the parcel. So I had to refund the seller and I have no dinner service so am £115 out of pocket. Absolutely disgraceful and I will NEVER use these people again and I cannot stress how strongly YOU should not use them either. They are cheaper than Royal Mail but now I know the reason why!!!
City Link picked up my bag of clothes on 09/08/13 and I waited a week but no payment appeared in my account (they say payment is within 3 days of pick up) so I emailed but still no reply. Then 2 weeks after pick up I get an email saying they have been inundated with donations so have temporarily suspended collections so they can get on top of things and I can expect a payment the last week in August. It's now the 02/09/13 and still no payment. Their website is down and you cannot contact them to see what's going on. Surely someone should have monitored the amount of items being delivered to them and this situation should never has arisen and then to totally shut down their website and cut off any form of contact for customers waiting for payment is wrong.
There is a vast amount of products available for all tastes and budgets The quality is perfect and as you can order nets in any drop and width there is no problem of them being out of stock. Quick delivery and perfect customer services. Definitely us this company again when I need more nets.
