Southampton Airport Parking

Friendly Parking

Hi no complaints about the parking and pick up transfer, but unfortunately when we put our ticket in the machine to leave, it said that there was an under-payment of £123. We had paid in full before our trip and had the receipt with us. We had booked until 22.30 and were leaving the car park at 20.30 so we were not late. Fortunately when we pressed the help button and explained our situation the man lifted the barrier for us to leave.

This is the second time this has happened to us. When you have had a tiring trip back you just want to get home as soon as possible with no hassle.

Having said that we would park at Southampton again but it would be good to hear feedback as to why this has happened to us twice.

Hi there

Can you send your booking ref details to our Commercial Manager at paul_sturgess@southamptonairport.com and we will investigate, please? We sometimes find that customers press for a ticket at the entry barrier, rather than wait for the car registration/booking to register and deliver a ticket automatically as instructed. On occasions such as this, the customer will be over-riding the system. A brief call to the control room, however, resolves this on exit, as appears to have been the case.



Beautiful flowers

I ordered a basket of flowers to be sent to my Aunty Joyce in Hay on Wye. She had recently lost her daughter to cancer and needed a bit of cheering up. I found the perfect basket of white flowers with butterflies. The Butterflies were significant as members of the family had had a butterfly fly around them after my cousin has passed away.

My Aunty phoned to thank me and she was absolutely thrilled with the flowers.

I would definitely use this service again in the future.
