Atrocious service - the worst customer service I have every experienced in my whole life. I was mis-sold by a 'sales' rep in store. He promised I could mix and match the Alona bedside cabinet carcass and drawer fronts. A simple case of 'ordering 2 in and swapping them over' I was told. Sounds simple enough. Now some 2 months later I am still without a single product whilst my £159 purchase accrews interest in Dreams' account.
I have been told that the parts would be ordered separately, heard nothing, tried 'customer services' - my god are they useless. Not got a clue, even the 'Managers' I spoke to. I am left absolutely appalled by this entire saga that does not seem to be coming to an end. The funny thing is we were looking to purchase the double wardrobe at £1,000 - I don't think so now! We had already purchase the rest of our bedroom furniture from Dreams to the value of over £2k - so clearly this is how they welcome your prior custom.
It's fair to say that I would never use Dreams again, in fact I Dream of a world where conglomerates actually value their customer. Unless I get a resolution soon Dreams will be going to Court on the ground of breaking the Sale of Good Act 1979.
