In selfridges Birmingham, unable to be seated due to too small for pushchair, long long looooonnngggggg waiting times even for just shakes at the shack. No one appears to know what they are doing and who they are serving!

Used to visit Starbucks a lot with my kids and hubby whilst shopping in Birmingham, used probably all the Starbucks in the city centre at one time or another and am always faced with the same problem, poor service!!
The staff are rushed off their feet which obviously makes them not want to be there!
They look and sound unhappy and rude
There are queues out the door all the time as there seems no proper routine is in place

Ordered some angel cards for my sister as a gift for her birthday, something she has always wanted.
The cards arrived in perfect time, were of fantastic quality and came with everything stated at an excellent price!!!

Was on my wAy To a convention and thought I would pop into McDonald's on the way to feed my kids before we hit the motorway, it was 10.35am, when I went in I wanted to order breakfast muffins and some pancakes for my little one as he is only 15 months old and the muffins are too fatty n greasy for him!
I was told no breakfasts were being served now, it was for the main menu now!
I ordered meals as the children wanted to eat there, although I wasn't too happy about ordering burgers at that time in the morning. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes at the counter with no one speaking or informing me as to why I was waiting so long, when I tried to get the attention of the cashier, I was ignored! Not great however the drive thru seemed to be getting served continuously??!!
When a group of road workers came in they tried to order breakfast and were told they could make sausage n egg n muffins or bacon n muffins????? Something I was denied 15 minutes beforehand!
When I finally managed to get the attention of the girl behind the counter And the manager, I was so put off by their attitude I told them I wanted a refund, the manager huffed and puffed in my face and threw the cash on the counter without even a word!
I was disgusted, the road workers told me they had tried to order coffees the day before and were told they were out of stock??? Talk about fast food ?????

I searched around for a while to buy the right beds for my children, I needed bunk beds for my two big boys (14 & 10) and my 17 month old was finally going into his own room. We wanted to make the experience a great one for him, it is his first bedroom so everything was painted and decorated new for him.
He is a massive Disney cars fan so when we ordered his bed we decided to order him a wooden toddler bed with a cars theme. We chose and ordered one with his favourite characters and then decorated his room accordingly, I ordered wall murals, curtains, bedding light shades all to match the colours of the bed to make it nice for him, it cost a fortune but I thought as it would be the only time he would have his first room it would be worth it.
We waited a week for the bed to come and when we opened the box all excited, it turns out they had sent the wrong bed... Disappointed was not the word! I phones the shop and explained and they told me that the bed I had ordered is now discontinued! It should have been explained at the order as the order numbers were different and so the sales man (Andrew from kings Heath) should have told us that! The bed they sent us was White and black with only lightening McQueen on it, it was very garish and would not have matched the room, I was told to put the bed up and use it anyway as I had gotten rid of my sons cot in prep. I opened the box, began to take the pieces out only to discover there were huge scratches and indentations gauged into the headboard and the wood! I was disgusted so decided to refrain from putting it together in case my son caught himself on any of the splinters so re wrapped the pieces and left it ready for collection. This meant we had an extremely awkward night with him in our bed which continues for the next week.
So now I was out of pocket by £200 and had no bed for my son to sleep in
It was a Wednesday and the only day the bed could be collected was the following Monday, I arranged for this to happen and had to wait for the driver to call with a time. As I paid cash I was told that as soon as the bed had been collected, I would be refunded straight back to a card over the phone, so I thought ok we can manage until Monday then I could replace his bed on the Tuesday.
9.30 Monday the drivers picked the bed up, we're really rude and arrogant about why I was sending it back and told me I was lucky I hadn't used it or it would be tough luck! Hmmm not the advice given by the shop!!!!
So the bed was taken, I asked the driver when it would be taken back to the depot so I could get a refund, he laughed and said well later tonight the process might just start if you are lucky!
So confused I phoned customer service, I explained the situation and told them the bed had been collected and enquired when I would receive my refund as I desperately needed to get a new bed for my son
I was told to wait between 5 & 10 days and it should be in the bank if not to call them back!
So now I'm out of pocket, have no bed and have to chase up my own money when none of this is my fault!
Absolutely disgraceful service, have been deceived, duped, laughed at and refused my own money!
Would never ever ever recommend this company
As for the bunk beds, I put them together and they are such poor quality, we are now saving for better ones, had to go into the shop to get screws that were missing n swap a piece as the metal
Split when putting together!!!!
Dire quality, poor service and disgraceful manners of staff!!!!!
