i have been booking through ld lines for years and their site has always been easy to navigate. But they should make you more aware of the extra costs before you arrive at the payment page - i am referring to the added costs for using any sort of payment card - this is naughty.
Regarding the boat services, they really need to improve the customer experience because it is very poor right now compared to BRITTANY FERRIES.
I live on a pension but thought i would send a lovely bunch of hand delivered flowers.. to my sister on her birthday Booked e florist because their website boasted of hand delivery rather than royal mail. Her birthday was wednesday and on tuesday afternoo after 4pm, i was telephoned and told that e florist did not deliver to bude in cornwall. they had already taken my money £32, and this could not be refunded until thursday. unfortunately i could not afford to buy more flowers from another florist and consequently no birthday present for my sister. This has been avery upsetting experience emotionally and time wasting
