The garden arbour was great but it was damaged and broke when delivered

Hi when I purchased the garden arbour it looked very good and the price was fair, But I asked for AM delivery ,but when it turned up it was mid afternoon and I did notice when it was on the enclosed lorry the arbour was up on its side in which it did not help the damage when I unpacked it also the paint was badly marked. I am a builder by trade and own my own company so I was able to carry out the repairs .If I buy from this company I will collect it and check the item

Thank you for your review. Apologies for the issues with this product and delivery being slightly later than requested, this item is despatched directly from our manufacturers and usually arrives in perfect condition. From our notes I cannot see that you informed us of this problem as we would have apologised and looked to send replacements for the damaged parts to minimise this inconvenience.
