BLT Direct

Good Value and Prompt Service But there are Issues

First let me say that the service, goods and prices are fine

I have found there to be issues with packing however. I have used BLT a number of times. Previously I have had some issues with damage to goods. To be fair to BLT these were dealt with well and replacements were sent with out any quibble.
The latest parcel arrived in an awful state. The box was broken, to the extent that the inner box was hanging out, judging by the state of it that must have fallen out. Remarkably only one Bulb was damaged. I have not complained and demanded a replacement because I ordered more than I needed was and was less than £1, the other types of more expensive ones were fine. Clearly the Packaging is not as good as it should be

Did exactly what they said.

I ordered 2 signs and was told the date they would be delivered at the time I ordered.
The signs arrived on time and are excellent. We are very happy so far.


Easy helpful service from a knowledable Oliver

Very helpful told Oliver what I was looking for and was given several choices. Very happy with the service and my watch so far. I have no reason to believe I will not continue to be pleased.
