Very poor service, goods didn't arrive so had to chase.

We had an email to say the goods were on there way and would arrive next day or day after. A week later nothing had arrived. I could not track the order so I had to chase the goods which had somehow gone astray. they did then arrive the next day but by then I was disappointed with the service and won't use this company again.

Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delay with your order, as with all machinery deliveries this should have been with you on a next day service and it appears the goods had become lost in transit which is a very, very rare occurance so we do sincerely apologise for this. As soon as this was discovered we immediately looked to rectify the issue and had the goods delivered the next day so as to minimise inconvenience to yourself. This is not representative of our usual machinery delivery service and if we can assist in the future to improve your opinion of us please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
