I accidentally ordered the wrong, and emailed them asking if I had to cancel and re-order. The reply was swift, concise and polite, saying they'd updated the order to the correct product. The order arrived the next day.
I've been a customer for 3 years, and they've always come up trumps. It's useful to be able to talk to someone who clearly knows what their products, and is able to give sensible, considered advice.
They were happy to help and really efficient.
You might be able to get the glasses very slightly cheaper elsewhere, but given my prescription and the quality of the service, I don't care about the slight price difference; I'll keep coming back!
