Ordered bouquet ,for anniversary ,Paid extra for prime florest ,mix up with non delivery iflorest tried to sort it and after two phone calls gave me florest number ,she appologised saying had been delivered to next door with card through our door ,BUT no card and not at neighbours ! by this time late afternoon she said definately next door .Neighbour adamant NO flowers ! so as a gesture of good will would local florest would replace them,,and was duly delivered about hour later. Timing did take the edge off surprise flowers .Having had problem valentines day with Iflorest day late ,will be reluctant to use Iflorest again ,no complaint about local florist sorting problem quickly.
