I've been for more than year with tmobile and experienced many problems with tmobile costumer service team.
Few moths ago asked tmobile to change my tariff plan and was misinformed by costumer service representative as result overrun my free minutes allowance and was billed en extra £80. I had to make many phone calls and sent official complaint letter to sort it out.
Last week I phoned tmobile and ask them to send to my new addrees micro-sim for an iphone. I especially repeated few times that I have new address, but representative ignored it and sent micro-sim to old adress however she charged me for it £10. Moreover tmobile representative blocked my current sim card so I can not use my phone anymore and to contact them i had to buy pay and go sim. Over the next few days i have contacted tmobile 3 times and every time was given different information regarding my micro-sim! One representative told me that delivery takes between 5-7 working days, another told me it is next day delivery and sim should be with me shourtly. Sim still hasn't been delivered. It was funny to listen these guys especially considering fact that tmobile costumer service located in India and Philippines.
I going to tmobile store now ,and will have to pay another £10 to get micro-sim.
And most interesting is that there was no need to change sim card i just needed to cut my old one in any mobile store for free.
Thank you Tmobile costumer service that i have spent 1 week without phone and already have paid £20 for nothing.
Gonna change my carrier for more expensive but with professional costumer service.
