Unfortunately, they have had to lose 2 marks.
1. I didn't get the exact item I ordered. I ordered a Brigestone Potenza RE050 A1 (BMW) tyre. I got a Brigestone Potenza RE050 A (BMW). Now, I am unsure what the exact difference is between the 2 tyres but I wanted to keep all the tyres exactly the same as the original that were on the car and at the end of the day it is a different tyre.
2. The delivery time was longer than expected. The tyre took an extra 3 days to be delivered. I appreciate that their courier is to blame for this and in some respects this may outside their control.
In fairness, the company were extremely good at chasing up their couriers and keeping me informed that it was delayed and did keep me informed when the tyre was actually delivered to the garage so I cannot fault their customer service.
