Definitely not a positive experience!

I ordered the flowers for my sister's 60th birthday - a very special occasion. They arrived two days late. Not what was promised by Iflorist! Also, it lost the element of surprise as I phoned her and asked if she liked her present. Not good enough for me to use the company again, or recommend to friends or family.
