So I ordered a dress on a Sunday or Saturday night so that I receive it on Monday. I came home only to find that yodel had left me a card saying they had left my package in the back garden. I do not have a back garden!! So after searching my neigbours backyard, I did not find anything. When I tried to track the package on the yodel website, it said left at front porch. When did front porch and back garden become the same thing. When I called, they were not able to give me any sound explanation. So after one whole week of back and forth, Missguided resent the item I had ordered, I ordered two and the one that I really wanted was no longer available. It was really disappointed as I had wanted to wear the dress to a function. I would order with Missguided again but just make sure I have it sent to my work address to avoid all of these. I just think the reshipping process should not have taken that long. But like I said I woud order again. As for Yodel, management needs to wake up! They are really rubbish. I work at a company where we unfortunately have to use Yodel as well , so I know how bad they are. They need competition.....
