Constant incorrect billing

Very disappointing service and looking to change supplier.

Constant over-billing. I am sure that many elderly people are just paying the bills that EDF send out without querying them. Living in a studio there is no way that my monthly bill can be the £150 that was sent to me. When I called EDF I was told that this was not a real bill and that my bill was £25 a month! Had I not of queried this then I would have overpaid by £125.


Easy online shopping

I have had mainly very good experiences with Amazon.co.uk. The only problems that I have encountered have been with the delivery. Some delivery firms seem to be problematic and claim to have delivered the goods when they have not been received. However Amazon have been quick to reply and refund in such cases.


Online shopping

I placed my order for an antique style bookcase the other week and was extremely happy when my order was delivered on time. With regards to the price it was very good value for money. I have been satisfied with my shopping experience and will definitely use DirectPlace again.
