Apart from the fact that the website said it was 'free delivery' in the UK (and I was charged over GBP 6:00) I could not fault the service from Iflorist, but they really should be more careful about which florists they 'take on board'.
The arrangement arrived on my friend's birthday, but it was nothing like the photo on the website, and did not contain the flowers as advertised. The 'Harmony' bouquet looked lovely in the photo - all different pinks, with roses and carnations.
The bouquet that my friend received (she sent me a photo) was 'scrappy', with lots of 'filler' (even a gerbera) and few actual blooms. It was mainly white with a little pink, and looked as though it had been put together by an amateur in a hurry.
Also, the florist did not put my name on the card... so my friend had no idea who the flowers were from.
Sorry to say, but overall, very disappointing and not what I was hoping for..
