I really like the choice on misguided, they have some great pieces and the prices are pretty good. However where they disappoint is the service side of things. Each order I have placed recently, there has been a problem with it, the number one problem being that paying extra for next day delivery seems not to actually guarantee next day delivery, rather delivery that is 3 days late. When I have emailed misguided about this, I have often had to send another follow up email as they have not replied to my first, and when they do reply they seem just to come with an excuse or to not actually answer the question. I am still waiting for credit to apply to my account for an order that was lost, and they took over a month to refund me for late delivery - and that is just the tip of the iceberg. As much as I like the clothes on misguided, I have very much been put off shopping with them due to the problems experience.
