Cheap Prices, Bad customer service!

Ive had many bad experiences with Misguided, late deliveries, items not sent, 2 of the same item been sent, been charged 3 times for one item.... 7/10 times I like the product that I receive and they are reasonably priced but there is no contact number and you have to repeatedly email them to get any response when they have messed up, which is quite often!
