Preferred the old site & options

Been using Hallmark for quite a few years now & had always been extremely happy with them - only real beef being that you couldn't send cards overseas. Now though, with their new web-site there is a serious problem with personalising cards. You can no longer change colours or font size to accommodate what you want to say & when you are able to enter everything it's not always there when you review it, which I assume means that it won't be on the printed card either. I also now find it really difficult to navigate around when I want to look for something specific. Also, new site lost all my saved dates & worst still addresses, which are lengthy to re-enter.

Best Customer Service Ever!

What a great Company! Not only are their prices extremely competitive, but the customer service is outstanding. You are given a 1 hour delivery slot which is marvelous. We had a problem with our item and they were so helpful when we phoned and a replacement was sent immediately. Can't fault them in any way and will definitely recommend and use again.
