Apparently they only insure the first flight not my connection. This could be a problem, so I just hope nothing goes wrong. Also, I am insured for Winter Sports, which I do not need as I have never been skiing in my life and at 61 am unlikely to start this year. It was included in the Multi-trip package and it should have been an option.
As I haven't taken any holiday yet I cannot comment on any Customer Service.
