Awful customer service - damaged goods - no response from company!

I would not recommend anyone buy from the company, whilst I realise sometimes goods are damaged in transit, you should have to consistently chase the company to obtain a replacement. The deliver driver couldn't find the address so didn't bother with the delivery and I had to sort out the issue myself as my voicemails to this company was ignored.

We apologise for the lack of customer service you received. We must of had issues with our telephone lines, as no calls or voice messages were received. We apologise for the delivery driver not finding the delivery address (the delivery company is not part of our company, so we were also unaware of this issue).
