I've had a 24 month contract now for about 12months, with a phone that was brand new at the time. Since I've had the horrid contract it has been nothing but a pain!
I've not been able to make calls everytime that I've wanted to, they just won't connect. Even in emergencies nothing! In this period I have been passed from pillar to post with different conclusions as to what the problem is. They won't open a case but apparently my phone keeps saying it's not registered to the network!! it gets registered every time I phone,but it has still not been corrected. They can surely see that on their system but choose to ignore it and put me through the same grueling proceedures. You can't even report them to the FSA because they need to be able to give you the "I can't do nothing more about it" situation before they'll consider looking into it. After this long period of time I've come to the conclusion myself that:
I certainly won't be renewing my £xx a month contract with them again :-( absolute waste of money and time..

Essential nails I've found have a wide spectrum of prices, but the quality is consistent and evident in every product I have bought so far.
