Customer service needs more work

Ordering process was easy.

Be aware that the pictures on their website can be very misleading. I bought a back to wall unit to go with my Sienna vanity unit and the colour contrast was ridiculous.

They offered to replace the unit, but after comparing the colour contrast with the mirror in the same range, I realised that they are selling a generic back to wall unit under different brand headings.

This is where I had a very disappointing result - £50 to return a missold item, and poor communication between customer services meant that one person told me I had to pay a 20% restock fee, while another told me I was within the limit.

Very disappointed and stressful at a time when I am supposed to get married.
