I recently used for the first time the Print Space to print 4 pictures. At first I received only 1 picture. As soon as the customer service was aware of the situation they contacted me to investigate the problem further. As we could not find with 100% certainty where the error/glitch came from, they very quikly offered an alternative to solve the problem. As a result, I received all copies within 5 days of the first complain with a hand written apologies note. Much appreciated!
As for the picture, the quality was absolutely fine.
Will definitely re order with them again.
